Do we really tell the truth when were intoxicated?

"does alcohol really influence the truth?" Of course.
That's something i've seen with my own eyes.
I'm glad i'm anti-alcohol.

But if that is the case since when was telling the truth a bad thing?

Or is the world so much of a safer place sugar coated, I mean are their limits to the truth? (Especially when drunk)

Or could it be viewed as a lob sided truth? A truth we really couldn't justify as our former selves.

Of course alcohol influences how truthful you are it removes some inhibitions. People who blab their pin number, whether drunk or not are fools though.

agreed... I am TOTALLY uninhibited when drunk, but still not dumb enough to give out my pin number! :P

those gang members that do that to people, get them drunk for a pin number... well the ppl may be giving a pin number because they are afraid... they are drunk, with a gang that's asking thier pin... they could feel they have a choice, die/s**t kicked outta me / or give pin... what would you choose?

sorry, I didn't realize it was gang members, I thought it was their friends/acquaintances or just random bar patrons doing "gangsta" type behavior

no reason to be sorry.. and it's my guess the gang comes into the bar where the patron is already drinking at.. they become "friendly" for a while then turn on the person asking for pin... but that's just a hunch.. i've not read or heard anything about it other than from pro up there... seems logical though dont it ? :)

I suppose, but I can also see people doing that to their "friends"... some people find cruelty funny, and some are so desperate to make friends that they trust evil people

I need a maid too!! I'm SERIOUSLY considering getting one for at least a once a month cleaning... there's only so much my body can do, and I really can't give up work or my volunteer job... this mowing the lawn for 2 1/2 hours each week, and an hour of weed wacking... it's just too much for my joints :(
if I could get Travis to do it that would be great, but when he mows, he doesn't get the rows close enough together, plus he turns the stupid thing off every time you turn around, then he flips out whenever there's bugs around him, so it's just easier to do it myself. I'd pay someone to do the lawn, but with my size lawn, around here they ask about a hundred bucks to do it, and that would be at MINIMUM every two weeks! :S

i can say all i feel to say,..

I'm horribly honest when I'm drunk sometimes - I'll wonder to myself in my head weather I should tell a secret of myself or do something..after 5 mins I tell myself no...and then the next thing I know, I've already done or said it - Thats most of the time...If you keep me from talking about myself then it's usually ok, I dont loose ALL self control..Still, I would never tell my password or pin number haha.
Then there's there horrible morning after *sigh*

Not really...i am a social drinker and when ever i get myself drank(w/my bf only) i get wild but not tell anything shitty...In my experienced i can say i can control my mouth and my brain...

Yes it does often make people say things they shouldn't do, whether they are the truth or not.


I've lied a hell of a lot when i've been drunk. Told these guys we were drinking with that we were all 18 and it almost got us into some trouble...but you know.
Anyone who gets so drunk that they'll give out their pin number etc is just a twat lol


I once saw a paraletic girl in the middle of Doncaster flirting with a lampost. She only had on one shoe, a tiny skirt and a bra that was all over the place. Don't know whether she was just on the booze or other substances aswel...but she was quite a sore sight really haha. We called her a taxi and gave her a jacket to cover herself up with...because we're lovely like that :] lol

well i guess i tell the truth when i'm drunk but it's usualy a truth blown out of proportion...

The Sqwonk doesn't drink, so all the s**t that comes out of my ass is filtered by my non intoxicated brain.

oh and i remember one time i told one of my close friends bf about hooking up with this dude who was at the same party and the bf thought he was spreading it around so they pretty much got into a huge fight haha i felt bad for that tho :S

I may have pulled some stupid stunts when I was smashed, but never ever have I spilled the beans about anything. When I get to that point of drunkness, I become annoyed at myself and decide to go home, I hate drunk people who are a royal pain in the ass...

Well its a truth serum, if you want to be telling the truth and have nothing to hide, its good, but if your used to telling little lies eventually youll get caught.


As for shaping it, its all up to the amount you drink i guess

Yes and yes.
First date with this one guy, we went out to dinner. The waiter came and asked us what we would like to eat and drink. We told him. Then we looked at each other, realising the awkwardness of the first date, he said he wanted a corona instead, and I said to put vodka in my lemon lime bitters. It was very funny.

the only intoxication i get is the toxins in my brain for not sleeping well & that makes me more stupid then honest.

I mostly spew a lot of stuff that doesn't make any sense, which in fact comprise most of the true aspects of my life.
But the good thing is that since we're all drunk no one really remembers anything.
