Hi everyone. We had a huge jump in membership back in October, but we haven't had anyone since the beginning of November. I don't care about the "group popularity contest" I just want people to click, whether they are members or not! So, let's make an effort to get the word out that we are here and could use clicks.
Here's what I did today. I went down here to the invite members button and went to new zorpians. I figure people are signing up every day, and we can just clobber them over the head up front with it (smile...was a joke - kinda) Anyhow, I'm figuring if we invite about 25 people a day - all you do is click a button, it does the work for you...odds are good we will have some join, and others may remember to click even if they don't want to join.
If anyone else has any suggestions?

Great idea Carrie. Can't think of anything else that might help just offhand. I know I usually join groups with topics that interest me and who have active discussions. One of my "other" support groups has several discussions going about Congressional funding and the way Cancer research seems to be an ever-popular place to cut funds. With the state of medical care in the US, we quite naturally worry a lot about what is going to happen to cancer research and treatment. Don't know how appropriate that type of discussion is for a multi-national page, but there you go!
