I try to know my anger,watch till it change or end
there is nothing maintain forever ,thats what i understand what Buddha teach us- by the books by the months,his sons.I try to watch almost all of emotions what i feels.

Hi Goldenhearte,
For me, it is simpler to detach myself from the concept of anger.
I am aware that it is not part of my nature, that it is me who turns it "on" and "off" at will, therefore it is not with me all the time, but simply my "choice".
Since understanding this, I try to live simply by understanding that all life is precious and equal, once we focus on this, the other negative "emotions" cease to exist simply because once we realise all life is precious and equal, why would we wish to use "negative" emotions to others.
This has helped me greatly, hope this may too help you.
