I'm against war wherever and whenever it's happening.I agree that most of the sufferings are in Lebanon but the image of the jews dancing doesn't reflect the whole reality,I think that those are radicals!!
you know,I saw on TV also Jews expressing their happiness because there is a cease fire and some of them also want peace to reign.I saw also some military jews dancing and celebrating the end of the war!
You know,the responsibals are the leaders of this war and goverments, not the population.

well put gedy! i was so distressed to see them fighting here too...the point is that is exactly what the terrorists and power hungry poiliticians want - for common people to keep fighting each other.
if we shed our differences, drop our hatred and try and understand the people we call our enemies then there would be no wars.

Short cut to peace is love not hatred.
It is not that people have not suffered in the past they have suffered a lot because sane and insane people all existed in this world. We have come out of that because there were enlightened masters who change the world around for us to live today. But some roots were not uprooted completly..it was left with a purpose for humanity to learn for future..
But question is what do you want to become?
Hatred towards one person or any community can never bring peace in yourself or your soceity.
one has to stand up and act against injustice. that is right, but what you have to act is completly your decision and that comes by choice.
The choice can be influenced by your own belief, religion, media, society ...many reasons..
to fight or kill somebody you dont need many reasons you can start a fight immediately..like in some of the above messages i see that..
To win war you need weapons but to win heart and change mind of people all around you need one instrument called love. Instead if we start thinking negative and grow hatred then nobody can stop us from heading towards the end of everything..
Utilise your energy in the right direction. the life is too short for love and in this time we are cultivating hatred instead of spreading love then trust me the sufferings are going to be more not less.
Hatred comes with a guarantee of suffering!! the choice of package is in our hands..

i am coming from lebanon so my opinion what can be that noone cares about the people all the powerful people cares only how to take the power,i dont know who to blame because all are the same,its a crazy century,the good its fighting the bad its so dificult but i know that the love if we all pray will be a winner

i don't even know what to say, war only makes more people suffer, and nobody would know the whole story in most cases as the government or whoever is in charge would try to twist the story their way, ever heard that even tv stations and media in most times are controlled by those high level officials (the ones that started the war)

Hating one another solves nothing, there is no difference between muslims, jews, christians, buddhist, ect we're all people!! living breathing human beings that wants happiness, peace, laughter! i think the only difference is the action that we take i know decisions are hard especially when we're at war or underfire, but look at history countries just point fingers at each other and the war never stops >_< and the result is the pictures u've shown us, the pain the suffering, the chaos, the heartache..

Blaming each other solves nothing the best way is to try to make peace (and i mean from both parties)there are no excuses that the other party is too bad or unwilling to make peace, because this is often the first excuse to continue the war.. why do 2 countries have to put each other through so much pain and suffering? so much death? so much sorrow? does this war benefit anyone? why do people have to cut each other into pieces before peace is reached? and when this war is finally over what was the cost for it? innocent lives? the death of children? the lost of limbs? broken families?
Is it worth the fight just because one thinks the other is at fault?!

Does any of the children deserve to die!? I kill ur children so u'll kill mine?! what kind of excuse is that?!SO lets continue killing each other?! till no one is left ALIVE?!just to take revenge?!Would anyone be happy?!If anyone loves their country or their own people they'll STOP THIS WAR!!STOP THIS KILLING!! STOP THIS MAYHEM!! Enough lives are lost already, so we don;t need to LOSE MORE!! Yah, u might feel bad because u haven't taken ur revenge but u've saved the LIVES of MANY!!including the generation to come.IF anyone should be punished!! it is those people who tried to cause the war (those small amounts of people in HIGH places! The Government!! the Officials!!) those few people that went and killed someone when peace was nearly settled!! and i dont mean the WHOLE POPULATION!!

Example if u were a Jew/Arabian and one of ur people disobeyed the peace treaty and went over to the other side and killed someone or started the war what would u do? Punish that person? or believe his lies and start a war with never ending bloodshed!! just to prove that ur own people are not wrong!!?
This is often the case in many wars, thats how wars are started just because a few people didn't want to stop doesnt mean the whole group has to FOLLOW THEM!!

I admit i don't know much about whats going on, i'm neither a jew, an israeli,a palestinian or an arabian. This is not just for this topic but for different situations in general! WE NEED TO DO MORE!! ACT MORE!! WORK TOGETHER!!We're not Working with each other enough thats why people around the world has soo many problems!!Alot of us don't even try to understand each other thats why we have so much bias and WARS going on!!We don't forgive enough, we don't let go of grudges enough (and yah i know we're not Superman or God to be able to do it everytime)but at least we need to THINK about the BIG PICTURE!!Think about what is MORE IMPORTANT try to be better people and let go of grudges, be more understanding and make way to a better PEACEFUL future?
