The horcrux that everyone is wondering about?

I think the seventh Horcrux could possibly be the bloody ax in HBP that Harry saw in the room of requirement when he was looking for a place to hide Snape's old postions book. I think this could have been Voldemort's first Horcrux. I think he may have made the Horcrux with his first murder...Moaning Myrtle. J.K. is so good at hiding clues in the books and the bloody ax was listed among other items and appeared to have been haphazardly thrown in with the other items. Any opinions?

no i think the ax is the one they use to chop the head of nearly headless nick so i think the last horcrux is the scar and voldemort didnt kill mirtle with an ax it was the basilisk and if u read the way mirtle die it was a accident be cause she was hiddingn in the bathroom when she heard the boy talking in a funny language she came out to tell him to go then she die beacuse the basilisk look at her but no one knows look at the cover of the new book harry with the locket and with out the scar

I agree....I do think that it is the ax used to chop off Nearly Headless Nick, and that is probably the oldest Gryffendor relic that Voldemort could find, as he had no other way to obtain Gryffendor's sword. voldemort made the basilisk attack Moaning Myrtle, thus, the first death that Voldemort is responsible for. I haven't looked at the cover of the Deathly Hallows yet. I am interested to see the picture. That is an excellent point though.

I just looked up the cover to the Deathly Hallows and Harry's hair is covering the spot where his scar should be. So there is really no way to know for certain if it is his scar or not until we FINALLY get to read the book. I'm going to get my book at midnite and go straight home to read.....to hell with staying for the party!!!

if u see the pic not in the pc in a photo u can see that the scar is gone
