Nice topic, though I think you guys moved away from the real topic here. For me, personality is a major factor. A person's character is also important. In case some of you are thinking that personality and character are the same thing it's not. A person can have a nice personality, but if he or she doesn't have good morals or values, which is a person's character, then that person isn't the type I'd want to know. I have my ideals but it doesn't mean it's going to come true.
