If you want any real DM, I whould be happy to supply some to you, as part of my new act to help increase peoples awareness of what DM is and what DM is not.

Arch Enemy nor Marilyn Manson are death metal. They are cheap insults to thrash metal. True thrash metal bands are like Anthrax....

True death metal on the other hand are bands like Cannibal Corpse and Kastrated...There's a big, big line between those two metal catogories.

Its a death metal band, and also categorized as a thrash metal too, but im not talking about the thrash they do, i am talking about the death metal they do, haven't u heard there last album (Doomsday machine) its a fuckn death metal how could it be not?

Tohse links are DM. And I will be the first to admit, I'm slightly Elitised.
But the music is overly Melodic and have a very -Core sound;
Dead Eyes See No Future - Song has 1 main riff that spans entire song, and 3 or 4 small ones. Boring vocals that are more like LOG rather whan AOG, from what lyrics I could decifer(almost all of them) the lyrics seem uninspired.

Exist To Exit - Ok, infro to the song, if only a little amaturish( I have seen worse) same vocal set up, a little more exciting though, with a different riff underlayed with the vocals, (very -core) to atract atention to the vocals then song reverts back to chugga chugga, oh and I did I say that Arch Enemy fans know no solos? As the song closes we have the sound of the vocalist inhailing sounding like he has some disorder, and some keyboards you expect to see on a Nightwish song.

Now if anyone is to say it, I will first, DM needs more mainstreem credit, but I will also say, it does'nt need to be like this band, boring, bland, conventional, -core.
This is what happens on a sell out, even though the band was never there to get out. DM needs to be cult, to the point that alot of people like them, but because they play to the best of the ability god gave them.

And do not tell me that is ammots best, because his stoner side project is quite good.

Oh and, http://www.ssoge.com/media/ssoge-iwd.mp3 Thats Death, even though its Melodic, has no solo and has clean female vocals. I will leave you to ponder why. (It's Doom/Death btw,although some call it Folk Doom, and others Gothic.)
