If would have to say only one.. I would say Nile .. or then Bolt Thrower.

Both have perfectly growling vocals and their guitars are tuned also so damn low. Very nice..

But Cradle of Filth never were Death Metal.

They started as Black Metal. I visited their first tour though Germany (1994 or 1995).
But... they turned in to a poser band.

Today is girly-poser-goth Metal, with Black Metal influences.

I hope this isn`t a problem for You, but I only telled the truth..

Who are u to say Cradle of Filth is a poser band? They stayed Black Metel. They haven't changed their roots like Metallica did. Metallica turned poser metal and became mainstream. Cradle of Filth will never change!!!

A great Death Metal band is 'Torment of Souls'.
In the past someone said, they sound like 'Napalm Death'.

As I saw them live, while the last year the sond "Die Hure" (=the Whore) was so cool!!

still i think Death's the best, my boyfriend's band Voice of the Death has a performance in the club "Bock", Sarajevo, they'll play songs like Scavenger, Spirit Crusher, The Philosopher, Nothing is Everything, Evil Dead, Zombie Ritual, Crystal Mountain...February 18th!!!
can wait to be there!!!
