Haha. Old habits never die.

I can like to be wearing jean pant.

We're a unique nation, Karen, more so because we can laugh at ourselves.

Keep well, my friend

Whats the name of the 'indian' comic who did the phone call to a rabbi about becoming jewish. That is also a classic. I've never seen him but a friend tells me he is afrikaans and can play the part better than most indians !!! Is there any truth in that ?

I don't know but I'll scout around and see what I can come up with.

By the way, how is your Afrikaans?

Just to make you jealous, it's a beautiful night in Cape Town; a perfect 22.

Howzit, I'll do some asking at my end, there is a moer of a lot of boere out here. Boere seem to be one of SA's bigest exports. My Afrikaans aint good at all.
We had a load of rain yeserday and today, the site i'm woring on went from a dust bowl to a mudbath.
It wont be long till the temp is back in the 40's.

My friend died yesterday in Randburg. I have known him since I was 14 which is a long time ago. I feel really sick right now. He lived in Blairgowie. Pls give a thought to him.

Aw, Karen, I'm sorry to hear about your friend's passing and that you're so hard-hit by the news.

I'll spare both you and your friend a good thought. Keep your eyes on the cross, my friend.

Radio Highveld Stereo, 94.7. The announcer is Darren "Whackhead" Simpson. He is hilarious.

I CAN LIKE TO give you the link to the other version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNJVMJH5OhI

I thought only South African people would appreciate this kind of humor. Are you an ex-South African?

Cool. You're more of a Suid-Afrikaner than a Brit. I checked out your pictures. I especially liked the Cape Town ones of Muizenberg and those places.

Any plans on coming back to sunny South Africa?
