Theres different levels as well of how ppl can-

Like if they just want to do a bit then they can-
-Show understanding and Talking with diff ppl n hope it spreads on, if they do such a good job at it

If they want to do something moderate in their life they can-
-Go visit another country which is opposite to their own and try and set a good example for themselves/their country/their ppl

Like if they want to be a hero they can
-volunteer in another country or do charity work

IF EVRY1 IS GETTIN HIGH !!! IM SURE PEACE WOULD FILL THE WORLD.

My students at school used to worship Rambo in the movie. I said, "Look at all the people he killed." They would answer that he 'had to kill them.' By my count he killed over 200, including most of an entire village. And he would have killed the people he rescued by firing a bazooka inside the helicopter.

I think we need to stop inventing tortuous rationalizations for the ancient sport of killing people from other tribes and taking their stuff. Within our own societies we should work on this.

The practice of Non violence is the answer.
We have to create such an environment that does not even allow thought of violence.
This paves the way for pure Love - Unconditional Love. Humility with simplicity and innocence. Love without any thought of reciprocation or return.
Why not we make a beginning in this direction
Let us hold the hands and walk on this path ......

A flaw in the system of non-violence is some people are pre-disposed to violent tendencies through chemical deficiency or over efficiency in their brain. I know they should learn to control it, but unfortunately sometimes people aren't the ones in control of themselves. Perhaps the rich should be made to pay a tax that goes 100% towards rehabilitation of people with these problems. Then those people can help reciprocate the help and in turn they'll be able to join the workforce which could be dedicated to something positive and that'll lead to something else and slowly a chain starts off one idea. Not a good one granted, but it's a start. The major problem is religion though, it keeps showing it's ugly side. All people need is an ideology to follow, and they'll kill for it, perhaps we should provide them with an ideology they don't have to kill or die for, but they can be equally devoted to.
