The Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra
OM. Tryambakam yajamahe
Sugandhim pushti-vardhanam
Urvarukamiva bandhanan
Mrityor mukshiya mamritat
OM :-Almighty God
Tryambakam :-three-eyed
Yajamahe :-We worship, adore, honor, revere
Sugandhim :- sweet fragrance
Pushti :- A well-nourished condition, thriving, prosperous, full, and complete
Vardhanam :-One who nourishes, strengthens, causes to increase (in health, wealth, well-being); who gladdens, exhilarates, and restores health; a good gardener
Urvarukam :- disease, attachment, obstacles in life, and resulting depression
Iva :-Like, just as
Bandhanan :-Stem (of the gourd); but more generally, unhealthy attachment
Mrityor :- From death
Mukshiya :-Free us, liberate us
Ma :-not
Amritat :-Immortality, emancipatio
Meaning: Lord Shiva is the three eyed god. Shiva is always perfumed. He fosters all the creatures of the Universe. Lord Shiva releases from death for the sake of immortality, as cucumber detaches its bondage of the vine. We worship Lord Shiva to liberate us from death.
This mantra is really powerful and even regarded as a life saving prayer.

Hello Pankaj,
you are right main thing is you have to concern your mind wave when you do devotion, even if no any god says spend whole life after me,he is always around us only main thing is that we have to remember by pure heart even if when we go to temple always take bath wear clean clothes main is here when you are going to do any Mantra if you take bath & generally have red that if you are going to devotion or mantra never wear sewed clothes better to wear pitambar(a kind of clothe never sewed)so the time which you spoil after doing mantra it can be more effective these things which have been described in our religion book but atlast i give important to "pure heart ,faith in god & do work without having any result"...
