that's really sad that people keep judging u like that
it makes me MAD to think about all the people who r judged just because they believe something a little diffrent!
anyway, i'm really sorry but i don't know what you should do about your problem, maybe u can try to find stores and stuff in your area on the net or something ^_^
this may be kinda rude but can u tell me what u know about wicca? i am really interested and i would really thank u for it

Hi Lizzie:-)
I'm sorry but i really don't understand what the problem is *puzzled*...If as you say you were Born into WICCA and taught Wicca from your Grandmother...why do you need "proper material" and why do people in your town even need to know about your personal beliefs??? *very puzzled indeed*...i mean what ,do we all go around ADVERTIZING:- oh hi i am a jew/christian/muslim/jesuit/hindu....blah blah...you get the idea....if you belive in something the belife in it gives you the strenght to withstand critisism...
so please do not make a problem from nothing at all...i mean no offence and wish you love and peace...:)

I totally agree with Sabrina, if, as you say, your granny taught you , then why would you need any more material, you should have everything in you already.I also live in a small town in Canada, as a matter of fact, the town I live in is in the Guiness Book of world Records for the most Churches per capita, and even here no one really cares what you are doing anymore. People are way to self involved now a days.

i know how lizzie feels. but it alittle differnt for me i get juged by my own blood i chose to be wiccan and i love it. my grandmother says that it is the devil work and that i will go to hell for doing it but i know what is ture and that she doesn't know what is really going on in the world. so i am with you totally with the way ppl judge. i am proud of what i am and there is nothing or no one that will ever change it

blessed be

i guess i should have explained my self better , she gave me teachings, I remember as a child she had a book that she had gotten from her mother. she tought me values. all i want to know is if there is something out there that can help me with my childeren. she saw i had a girt for healing, so she showed me how through meditation and centering haw i can use it to help ppl , but i noticed my childeren are blessed as well. If she was here she could help me with it. Im sorry you miss underestood me.

I come from a small Canadian town where EVERYBODY cares about everybody else's business and are quick to condemn if they hear your underwear is dirty. So I celebrate the Wiccan faith with a small group of others with whom I talk to and meet with occasionally, but am a solitary witch. I order most things I need off the internet - books, special items, etc. My youngest son is just beginning to ask about God (he is six) and so I have read him different children's stories both Christian and Wiccan. He will decide which stories he prefers later. My two teenage sons - well, what can I say - they both went to Bible Camp as I have only decided my path in the last year. My oldest is really not interested in religion - right now he is into girls (18yrs old) and my 13 year old is very curious about the difference between religions. He believes in God, but is now reading about and watching tv shows on Wicca as well as recognizing other cultural religions (we are Metis). So, I would suggest patience and positive guidance and support. Good luck and blessed be!!
