sauce of Vietnam!

I had a first meal in this evening, i mean its the first meal in 2009 ^^. I decided to steam meat and boil water cress, and i was self-confidence with my sauce, i tossed among fish sauce, ginger and chili. Its simple but can not have no it in the meal ^^. As vietnamese girl, you must know the way to make the sauce.
There are kind of sauces in the market and i want to choose a type what is in conformity with me. The famous brand are Chinsu, LongHai, Knowr... um.. not bad. when i taste a type, i can know the name of the sauce. Let us say SongNgu, i love that the most because its so good and has speacil smell and i can eat up a boiled chicken with that type .
